Mobspice - Whats spicy in mobiles?

“I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living, it’s a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope. Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life’s realities.” - Dr. Seuss

Automate your dialing sequence for a speedy response

I think you are already experienced damn slow welcome messages and lots of keypresess to reach the exact information when you call customer service or other IVR systems. In this article i’ll explain how to cut out those craps by automate dialing sequences in your mobile.First of all you should know the key sequences to follow. for eg. i’m using an airtel postpaid connection.
for getting the outstanding balance i have to call 121 first, then it will prompt for the language selection
i need to press 1 to select self servicing option, again it will prompt for the service
( 1 - billing informatione, 2 - GPRS information )

Suppose i need to get the billing information directly

dial - 121p1p1

121 - Customer care number
p - Pause for a second( If you find 1 second is not enough, you can enter more ‘p’ characters )
1 - Self service
p - Pause for a second
1 - Billing information

You can use the same trick with any automated system.

Here is a tip to avoid the delay in reaching the exact thing you want when you call customer service and
any automated IVR systems.
